I don't know how or why it takes more than 14 days (still ongoing) #Presto for Presto to track down my pending transaction to either a) deposit to card or b) issue my refunds

I have loaded mine over 1 week ago ($100), called to support centre several times and still have not seen my money adjusted back to my card. :(

Good Evening, Gurinder. Normally you need to tap your PRESTO card up to 24 hours after doing the load in order for the funds to reflect in the balance. Hope this helps!
