A3 We need to improve this part of our vision. We hardly, if ever, have conflict with parents. We greet them at the start of the day and admin made 575 positive calls home. Our team members needed to do 5 per week, so now its time to have more parents visit our home #VAESPCHAT

A1 Our home has 4 programs to support our Jags & all require Tier 3 interventions. This yr, the required expectation(s) for all was writing exit tickets and breaking down a lesson by having stations. We will continue & fine tune these 2 practices. Growth was observed #VAESPCHAT
