James O'Keefe's undercover video from Dearborn, Michigan, shows a poll worker apparently telling someone who identifies himself as a noncitizen that he can vote for a U.S. Senate candidate, just not for President.
Federal law, 18 U.S.C. § 611, prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections, including Senate races, subject to narrow exceptions. This raises serious concerns about election integrity and whether voting laws are being properly enforced.
This deserves a thorough investigation, answers, and accountability. Every lawful vote matters, and election workers should know and follow the law. 🇺🇸

At 9:01 AM, a Union City resident entered an UNLOCKED, UNATTENDED early-voting trailer containing TWO voting machines and election materials. Polls opened at 10 AM.
Hudson County election official Michael Harper admitted the machines were NOT replaced. At 1:45 in my interview, he even suggested CHARGING THE RESIDENT WITH TRESPASS—for entering what he believed was an open polling place!
Who else entered? Were the machines compromised? Why weren’t they replaced?
I am investigating the handling of this breach and demanding scrutiny of Mayor/Senator Brian Stack, Superintendent Maryanne Kelleher and Clerk Michael Harper.

Cash changes hands. Elders get visited. Blank or open ballots leave the building. Minnesota law limits how many you can carry. Federal law bans the pay-to-vote scheme. None of it mattered.
