Don’t you just love those moments when you take a step back and just observe the learning going on within your provision, right there in that random moment, unplanned? These children spent a morning absolutely engrossed in their creativity. Just a joy to witness.❤️#ArtStudio

In Forest School year 1 are looking at habitats and today read the story of The Bog Baby. The children used natural materials (plus Cheerios) to make their own Bog Baby. The children discussed its ideal habitat and how you could care for it.

Well this is a rather fabulous book. Such a lovely message and all the more resonant given that Karl wrote it during his cancer treatment as a paean to his friends and family as they rallied around him. V heartwarming. Beautiful illos by @CAnganuzzi too. 🥰🥰🥰 🐘

Looking for something fun for your children to do? Check out @chrisriddell50's super Illustrations in Search of a Story - he's drawn some fabulous pictures, but can your children write a story to go along with them? Have a go here: booktrust.org.uk/news-and-fe…
An illustration of a girl in a hat with the words: 'WANTED Stories! 10 illustrations from Chris Riddell's sketchbook are in search of a story. For example #5. We don't know anything about her... Who is she? Where is she going? Where did she come from? ... And where did she get that hat?'

HOW ARE YOU ? Trying times indeed. But , this might cheer you up a bit ... anyway that’s the idea. And if it doesn’t... sorreeee. #StayHomeSaveLives Also - I’ve found this helps a lot - I keep informed of course. But I hardly watch the news now - and I feel so much better #Sing
