Ready for a great year CONNECTING with teachers and colleagues. Let's go! #ConnectArlingtonISD
During @howie_hua 's session on math tricks today, I found out I'm a birthday triplet! Such a fun time of finding how many twins, triplets, and quadruplets were represented in our room. #CAMT23
Had the distinct privilege of meeting one of my favorite math people! @howie_hua , completely enjoyed today! #CAMT23
One of the great things about conferences is meeting friends in person who you previously only knew via Zoom. What a fun shock to meet up with Lexie at @lead4ward #think2021

6th grade math is rocking and rolling sharing our knowledge about ALC! @AISDLearning #activelearningcycle
Does anyone have a good, user friendly location for online Algebra tiles? Most of the ones I've looked at are not user friendly...at all. Working on a presentation that will be virtual and need the virtual option for tiles. #mtbos @ddmeyer @fawnpnguyen @MrVaudrey

Roll the dice and draw a plant! 🌿
You can make up any rules you like with the dice, my rules are in a key in the bottom corner.
Can you work out the probabilities of me getting a certain flower? What flower is statistically going to be draw the most?

My first #mathartchallenge complete! I didn't have any coloured paper so I used newspaper. It's not very neat but it works. Yay! @anniek_p

Emerson, my 11 year old, is on a bit of a wild ride with the @USPS and our local mail carrier, Doug.
And, I think there’s a deeper message to it all.
First, the backstory...

I just tried to convince myself that the dryer shrunk my shirt. It’s not me gaining weight, it’s the dryer, for sure. Admin sometimes try to convince themselves that climate & culture problems are not their fault, it’s everyone else, for sure. Focus on climate & culture for 2020!
Puppies yesterday, alpacas today. Great sessions both days. I can go home happy! @lead4ward #bebold4kids #think2019
