Hip, hip, hooray!! The Grade 3s finished writing their EQAO assessments today and we couldn’t be more proud of this terrific group! Smiles all around as we celebrated all of their hard work with freezes, dance parties, and some extra recess 😁🎉 @ThomasMoreOCSB @OttCatholicSB
What an amazing performance by the Twin Flames! Their powerful blend of music and storytelling beautifully honours Indigenous traditions and history. We are thankful for such an engaging and inspiring experience. 🎶🧡🎤 #MusicWithMeaning @twinflamesband @ThomasMoreOCSB
Today, our Grade 3’s had an amazing Box of Life presentation! 🪱 They got hands-on with vermicomposting, learning how to care for composting worms, turn food scraps into nutrient rich soil, and reduce waste to help our planet. 🌎♻️ #BoxOfLife @ThomasMoreOCSB

Way to go Grade 3s, you’re shape shifting stars🌟 Last week, students transformed 2D nets into real world 3D creations - tents, dice, tissue boxes, cereal boxes, pop cans, Rubik’s cubes, and more. Loved to see their creativity 👏🏻
Delicious layers of learning 🌱🪱🍫 Today our Grade 3 scientists explored soil horizons with a hands on, edible experiment. Such a fun way to bring learning to life!
