🚨UPDATE IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY: Republicans and Democrats in New York are seeking a joint court order to require central tabulation of ballots at the County Board of Elections. This will ensure maximum transparency and accountability.
RNC observers will be on the ground to monitor the process and protect the vote.

At some point, every pyramid scheme collapses. The object of this scam was to influence expectations. Once it no longer mattered, because voting had begun, the money guys needed to cover costs.
regardless of which team you support: how does a 75%+ favorite swing to underdog on election day?
why would prediction markets get it that bad? what am I missing here?

Do you think the guy who famously shorted the British pound on “Black Wednesday” in 1992 could have bid up oil prices the past few months?

🚨 TEXAS VOTERS: ONCE YOU CHECK IN, DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL YOU HAVE CAST YOUR BALLOT.
The RNC identified reports in multiple counties of voters checking in, encountering issues when trying to vote, and then being told to come back later. This is NOT CORRECT.
We immediately escalated this to the Secretary of State, who is reinforcing the proper procedures with counties.
CHECKED IN? STAY UNTIL YOUR VOTE IS CAST. Report concerns ⬇️

Tried to go vote today and the workers at the polling place were completely incompetent, they didn't check my iD, didn't even ASK if I was a legal voter, unbelievable all around. I stuffed my ballot into the box and stormed off while some idiot behind me said, "Sir this is a Wendy's and that was a garbage can?"

I try to avoid predictions and armchair analysis BUT … A lot of the folks who were talking “Blue Tsunami” yesterday seem to be getting nervous as Election Day goes on and we get real turnout numbers. We’re two hours away from polls closing in Kentucky. Watch KY-6 results.

When I was a kid, Fort Monmouth used to throw all-in on Armed Forces Day. Static displays out the wazoo, and real soldiers I could really talk to next to their real combat gear.
I was in awe.
They even had a scaled-down 34 Foot Mock Tower (it was 14') where you could practice exiting an aircraft just like a real paratrooper.
I was 7 years old, I jumped off the tower and got an Airborne certificate that I still have framed somewhere.
Now ask me how I ended up in the 82nd Airborne.
These outreach programs MATTER.
Wake up! Sean Parnell is writing bangers wrapped in Americana:
“Build propensity, the desire to serve, and create proximity, a military close enough to the American people that the desire turns into a decision.
There's a photo that says this better than I can. A little boy, maybe 5 years old, stands ankle-deep in the surf in a swim shirt, holding up a small American flag. Two Army Apache helicopters are thundering low over the water in front of him. He's never going to forget that day.

That's propensity. It comes from moments of awe. Apaches over the surf. Jets ripping over a stadium on a Friday night. A kid climbing into the hatch of a tank at the county fair. No ad campaign can do what those moments do. They make a kid want to be one of us.”
