"What is unfolding in Canada is not politics. It is not reform. It is a hostile takeover by global forces using one of the most sophisticated & destructive plans ever devised to collapse a free society from within.
The plan is... Cloward Piven Strategy.
The man... Mark Carney."

Yet the politicians will never acknowledge the reality out there on the streets.
He explains the psychiatric portion of the MAID agenda very well.. for years the "Bell Let's Talk" program has not been about helping people, that it's more likely about social engineering.
This has been in the works for decades.

In February 2026, Toka announced that it serves customers in 13 countries.
Including the UNITED STATES.
The company also announced it had officially transitioned into a U.S.-based company.
Its headquarters?
Columbia, Maryland.
tokagroup.com/news/toka-deep…
Toka reported more than 60% year-over-year growth during 2025.
Its new CEO Gregg Smith has spent decades building cybersecurity and technology companies serving U.S. government and allied agencies.
Toka says more agencies are adopting its platforms.
tokagroup.com/news/toka-deep…
Then in April 2026 Toka provided another interesting description of what it has built.
It called the technology:
“theatre-proven”
and said it was seeing increased usage and “strategic adoption.”
Its customers include “elite intelligence units and law enforcement agencies.”

The company’s latest platform can also integrate information across proprietary tools, customer databases, third-party ecosystems and AI platforms.
In other words, camera/IoT intelligence doesn’t necessarily remain an isolated feed.
It can become another input into a larger intelligence architecture.
And here is the part I find particularly interesting.
Remember who funded Toka?
Andreessen Horowitz.
Now remember another company we’ve been discussing recently:
Flock Safety.
Andreessen Horowitz is a major investor there too.
Flock and Toka are NOT the same company and I have found no evidence that their systems are integrated.
But consider the investment thesis.
One company helps build enormous searchable networks of physical-world surveillance sensors.
The other specializes in turning IoT devices into government intelligence sources.
Interesting portfolio.
This is the larger story people are missing.
America’s surveillance state doesn’t necessarily need to look like China’s.
It doesn’t require one enormous government database with “MINISTRY OF SURVEILLANCE” written on the building.
That would almost be refreshingly honest.
Instead, different private companies can provide different pieces.
Cameras.
License plate readers.
Drones.
Facial recognition.
Phone-location intelligence.
Data brokers.
AI analytics.
IoT exploitation.
And government agencies simply purchase access to the capabilities they need.
Which brings us back to Toka.
A company founded by a former Israeli prime minister and former IDF cyber chief, financed by some of America’s most powerful venture capital, sells intelligence technology exclusively to governments and security agencies.
And American agencies are now customers.
Yet we still don’t publicly know WHICH American agencies are customers.
Or which specific Toka capabilities they purchased.
Those are not minor details when one of the company’s reported capabilities involves manipulating the very surveillance footage that could someday become evidence.
How can we be asked to believe our eyes when we now know that covert technology exists, purchased by our own governments, that can be used to cover up crimes by literally altering security footage?

Today its investor list includes:
Andreessen Horowitz
Eclipse
Entrée Capital
Dell Technologies Capital
Capri Ventures
Upfront Ventures
Toka says these are the “best in the business.”
Apparently the business is turning the Internet of Things into an intelligence network.

Leaked internal documents revealed Toka’s technology can reportedly locate cameras, remotely access them, watch live feeds and even alter live or previously recorded footage while concealing evidence the system was compromised.
YES, THEY CAN ALTER LIVE OR PREVIOUSLY RECORDED FOOTAGE WHILE CONCEALING EVIDENCE THE SYSTEM WAS COMPROMISED.
Hmm I wonder where that ability could come in handy? 🤔
The stated purpose for altering footage?
“Masking of on-site activities” during “covert operations.”
In other words, imagine an intelligence team conducting an operation inside a hotel or perhaps a college campus covered in security cameras. Instead of disabling the cameras, they can allegedly compromise them, alter what they record and leave behind footage that doesn’t show what actually happened.
Toka calls this new world “frictionless surveillance.”
Nothing concerning about intelligence agencies possessing the ability to secretly rewrite the video evidence of their own operations. 🤷♂️

PROGRAMMABLE CHOKE POINTS: SMART INFRASTRUCTURE, REMOTE SHUTOFF, AND THE FUTURE OF SOVEREIGNTY IN CANADA
I'll be upfront with you: this one is long. Longer than most things I publish, and it took longer to produce — the research ran deep and kept pulling me further in. I made a deliberate choice not to cut the complexity, but to translate it into plain language throughout, because these ideas need to be accessible to people who aren't engineers or regulatory lawyers.
If you live in Canada and receive heat, water, or electricity from a utility, this is about your home.
- A letter from FortisBC telling us our gas meter upgrade is "not optional" is not a billing decision — it is the downstream residue of a governance architecture that was approved years ago in hearings you never heard about, using standards you were never invited to contest.
- Canada has quietly assembled three independently approved utility sensing systems — electricity, gas, and water — on a single household, across regulatory tracks that were never required to be read together. No one was asked whether the aggregate is acceptable.
- The Freedom Convoy account freezes were a proof of concept: when a government is under political pressure, it routes enforcement through programmable infrastructure rather than courts. The question is not whether that mechanism will be used again — it is which rail gets used next, and on whom.
The essay doesn't stop at the diagnosis. It maps the full architecture — six interlocking rails, the standards-capture layer where the democratic window actually closes, and the historical analogues that prove the mechanism is not theoretical. And it ends where it has to end: with a resistance playbook. Not symbolic opposition. Concrete tactics — paper trails, municipal contestation, distributed civic action, and the documentary work that makes it harder to pretend none of this is happening. The argument is that you do not have to stop the whole machine to matter. You have to make it visible, make it costly, and make the record.
This is from Unintuitive Discourse — literature for humanist activism that names the architecture before it hardens into a condition of life no one voted for.
