Today after reading the book Each Kindness students wrote kindness letters to their classmates. They put huge smiles on each other’s faces.
Thank you so much @laurenTarshis and @LisaMezoff for taking the time to talk to my students today! They are still buzzing with excitement! They now have a new favorite book and are anxiously awaiting me to bring our copy! What an amazing amazing experience for them! Thank you!!

Students created ads, skits or songs on creating the environment using @Seesaw! They loved being able to record their work!
Today we used NEWSELA to read news articles about the environment and different things going on with it! Tomorrow students will begin creating songs, skits and ads about helping the environment!
Today we took time to research the current candidates for presidents. After researching students were able to place their vote and make an argument for the candidate of their choosing. Students realized through this importance of researching the candidates before making a choice.
So much great learning happening now! Students are hard at work on their presentations and are excited for our Wax Museum! Some of the people we have are Ruby Bridges, Claudette Colvin, @BarackObama, @MichelleObama, and Michael Jordan to name a few!
