Came together very last minute but looking forward to covering this tomorrow. The biggest crowd in Birmingham for 8 years & the first show I’ll be covering since moving back earlier this year. In my first freelance gig for @SecondsOutLive - thank you for the opportunity 🥊
🚨 WHITTAKER CROWD BIGGEST IN BRUM FOR 8 YEARS
📈 The crowd for Ben Whittaker-Conor Wallace in Birmingham on Saturday will be the biggest for a boxing event in the city since Amir Khan-Samuel Vargas in 2018, Eddie Hearn has said.
💥 Is Whittaker quickly becoming one of the biggest stars in British boxing?

At the end of the show, I got the chance to speak to him and asked him:
“What was your training like to become such a great fighter?”
His answer was simple:
“Training day and night.”
A moment I’ll never forget 🥊
I had the opportunity to meet @MikeTyson after watching his Undisputed Truth show at the MGM, where he opened up about his life, his struggles and his journey to becoming one of the greatest to ever do it.
Behind the scenes. 🥊
Hours in the gym that nobody sees. Sharpening the skills, putting in the rounds and staying ready.
No shortcuts. Just work.

🥊 HISTORY MADE.
What started as an idea between us is now a reality.
The new weight division bridging the gap between 175lbs and 200lbs has officially been PASSED by the British Boxing Board of Control.
We pushed for change. The Board listened. Fighter safety wins. 👏🥊

An emotional Filip Hrgović reveals the motivation that drove him on after defeating Moses Itauma.
Battered, bruised, but victorious. Hrgović says the thought of his daughter watching gave him the strength to keep fighting when things got tough.
A father’s motivation. 👏
