A wee request. At 8pm tonight @itvmlshow's back with a crucial show on boosting the state pension (maybe by £10,000s). Its a must watch for 45-70s as for many it's the biggest single lifetime financial improvement possible. Yet few know it's on. If you can pls spread word! PS I'm also covering energy fixing too.

This squiggly line is a route I'm going to try and run along this summer. It links up every single mountain in lovely Cymru (everything over 2000ft). I'm hoping I can complete it in about 3 weeks (give or take!). Why am I doing this? (1/3)
