The British government should look at Rockstar Games like they do The Beatles and do more to talk up the fact it's a British studio responsible for the best games ever. Always weird to me that we don't celebrate our gaming roots more as a country, as they're pretty special

The reason for this is simply the boomer-centric view of british culutre. british video-games, techno, warhammer etc are all still 'juvenile' coded to the pensioner class despite being massive money-makers and cultural juggernauts.
