Liverpool fans, don’t let anyone gaslight you into thinking you’re “making too much” of this… Remember the years of being called bottlers. Remember Gerrard being mocked for never winning the Premier League. Remember the heartbreaks, the tears, the jokes they made with us. The constant bullying. Remember Suarez could have stayed. Remember how different Liverpool’s story might have looked building around him and Coutinho. Remember Jurgen Klopp and ask yourself how much more he could have achieved if the playing field had truly been level. Remember the times he was made to look like a joke, Remember how many times he was told he was only good as the second best guy. Remember Van Dijk coming within inches of the Ballon d’Or while carrying a Liverpool side that was fighting against a machine…Winning the double would have clearly won him that prestigious award. Remember how many times City players and fans laughed, mocked and celebrated Liverpool’s heartbreak, Kyle Walker, Bernardo Silva and the rest. And now an independent Premier League Commission has found Manchester City guilty of serious financial-rule breaches over a nine season period, including findings that the club used sham commercial arrangements, misstated accounts and breached spending limits. So NO!!! Liverpool fans You do NOT need to downplay how they feel. You have every right to ask City to be stripped off those titles and be added to our collection. When fraudsters are caught, what they made out of frauds are taken from them after all. You are allowed to look back at those years and wonder what might have been. Because this wasn’t just about trophies. It was about careers, legacies, dreams, heartbreaks and an entire generation of Liverpool supporters being told to accept that they simply weren’t good enough in an Era where we simply would have dominated and still be dominating. Remember it all. The trophies that slipped away. The titles decided by inches. The players who left. Jurgen Klopp walking away. The legends who deserved more. You’re not being bitter. You’re remembering a decade of injustice that caused you pain, damage and trauma. And after everything we Liverpool fans were forced to endure, nobody gets to tell us how much this moment is allowed to mean. You don’t have to forget what happened just because people are uncomfortable with you remembering it. You remember, You Speak, You make demands for justice. That is how it should be.
