How excited I felt about Brandon Ingram coming into his Rookie Season with the Lakers is exactly how I feel about Cameron Carr with the Lakers All last draft cycle there was a reason @NBAJohnson and I had Cameron Carr at one of ‘our guys’ I had him at 10 on my last Big Board heading into the draft. him falling to 24 on draft was one of the biggest shocks i’ve had since covering the draft and him falling to the lakers made it all right in the world once again. i couldn’t think of a more perfect fit for Carr on this new look lakers squad. this offseason the lakers went out and got players that immediately fixes their needs and this roster feels way more stable rim protection, 3D, spark plug guys, versatility and playmakers Walker Kessler, Sandro Mamukelashvili, Quentin Grimes, Collin Sexton, Ziare Williams, Matisse Thybulle it makes cameron carr’s role so simple and he’s going to ascend that much more then coming in at any different team for the lakers. shoot the hell out of the ball, continue being the 3D menace he is including on the perimeter and off-ball, and continue being the athletic 6’6’ 7’2” wingspan freak you are. cameron carr also offers A TON for the lakers when he gets chased off the line.
