Adrian Autry needs to go.
Syracuse basketball is fading into irrelevance.
Syracuse needs a national search for a coach outside of the program.
Not an easy, familiar hire.
Struggling at home against Hofstra is just the latest in a series of embarrassments.

Literally every guy in this photo is a Hall of Famer and they’re all ready to fucking fight each other. Don’t tell me basketball is better now.

I’d like to pitch a reality show.
A fire inspector, code enforcer and a city planner have to complete a development project while following their own arbitrary rules they have enforced over their careers.
Goal: Get it open before running out of money and declaring bankruptcy.
Bonus round: lease the first floor retail they forced apartment developers to build.

I still don’t understand why no one is taking the social security buyout idea seriously. Offer every new retiree and anyone under the age of 75 $250K lump sum tax free.
If 10M people take it, it’ll reduce the deficit by $5T over a decade.

🚨1996: Chuck Schumer explains “the number one reason" illegals come to the US is so they can defraud programs like Social Security — and wants to stop it.
Chuck sounding very DOGE!
“This is an anti-fraud amendment. All over where we go, people say, why can't you stop illegal immigrants or others from coming here?"
"And the number one answer we give our constituents is when they come here, they can get jobs, get benefits against the law because of fraud."
"If you believe you want to stop fraud in immigration, you have no choice but to support this amendment."
The amendment Schumer so passionately supports here would add additional security features to the Social Security card.

We do more deals with mom-and-pop businesses than national tenants.
I’m often asked: “But, where’s the credit?”
The credit’s the fact that sushi spot is that family’s entire livelihood.
The credit is the $250k of their money they invested in the space.
The credit is that that pizza spot pays their mortgage and puts their kids through college with that place.
The credit is the $300k they can sell their business for.
The credit is that if things get tough, they will hand out flyers, they will do whatever it takes to make things work.
The credit is the fact that little business in the middle of their community is their identity.
The credit is that the place is packed.
They take pride in it. It's their life.
That’s the credit.

Obama put Joe Biden in charge of eliminating government fraud and waste in 2011 & mocked what we were spending money on. Everything Trump & Elon are doing today was a Democrat common sense priority until about a decade ago.

On this day in 1957, Gerald D. Hines opened a one-man office near downtown Houston, devoting his energies to the real estate development business full-time. He built his reputation on the commitment to clients expressed in this early advertisement.
Now 68 years later, nearly 5,000 employees in 31 countries draw on the same values to build the world forward by investing in, developing, and managing some of the world’s best real estate.
