Dan Osborn is now forcing volunteers to sign legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements to hide his radical socialist beliefs.
Osborn has already been caught on tape lying to Nebraskans numerous times. He has used vulgar language about women, African Americans, Hispanics, and his own staff.
Now he’s trying to silence the people who volunteer their time to support him.

• Only 17% of his itemized individual donations came from Nebraska (Nebraska Public Media).
• Progressive-aligned outside groups such as Nebraska Values PAC, Working Class Majority PAC, and Progressive Turnout Project backing his campaign (Federal Election Commission campaign finance filings).
• Fundraising with AI-industry lobbyists one day before pledging not to take money from AI companies (Washington Free Beacon).
• Criticizing data centers while associating with tech-industry interests (Washington Free Beacon).
• Running as a working-class outsider while raising millions and benefiting from outside spending (Federal Election Commission campaign finance filings).

On the Omaha City Council, I vote to balance the city budget every year. Since 2017, I have voted to lower the property tax levy three times. And we do it all without sacrificing the essential services our taxpayers rely on, from public safety to trash removal to infrastructure. I’ll bring that same approach to Washington.

Before I ever ran for office, I served as Mayor Hal Daub's chief of staff and economic development director. One of the projects we worked on was the West Dodge Expressway, which West Omaha drivers still use every day. Big projects take vision and years of planning and follow-through — and those are the kinds of results I want to deliver for NE-02 in Congress.
Senator Ricketts received suspicious packages last week, now Senator Fischer, and our comments are showing an increasingly threatening tone.
These kinds of things should never be normalized. While conversations can get heated or debates get fiery, at the end of the day we are all still Nebraskans.
Violent threats and intimidation should never be the default.
