BREAKING: The Supreme Court on Friday ruled that President Trump exceeded his authority when imposing sweeping tariffs using a law reserved for a national emergency. Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion and the court agreed 6-3 that the tariffs exceeded the law. Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Neil Gorsuch joined the court’s three liberals in the majority. cbsn.ws/40lfcMI
