Would be silly to keep anyone. They should’ve known how this would end with paying Daniel freaking Jones. Strip it down and roll with Richardson
Colts RB Jonathan Taylor would net Indy the biggest return, which NFL folks believe would be a 2-plus. But Taylor would be the hardest for the team to part with.

This sucks. He made the right move for his development by going back and thankfully he was paid well for it, but same questions about his readiness and aggression exist. Still, have to think he's QB2 or 3 in this class.
NEWS: Oregon coach Dan Lanning announces that star quarterback Dante Moore is not expected to play the rest of the season. He hasn’t played since suffering a concussion against USC on Sept. 26. Moore returned to Oregon for 2026 after projecting as a top pick in the NFL Draft.

Piggybacking off my previous tweet, my Ohio State transfer portal qb wishlist would be: 1- Kamario Taylor (duh) 2- Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele 3- Malik Washington 4- Drake Lindsey 5- Braden Atkinson Program needs a big time starter regardless of whether Sayin is healthy.

Fully agree with this, and it really sucks for Sayin regardless of whether he bounces back to 100% or not. I think there’s a better chance OSU’s 2027 starter is currently elsewhere than Columbus right now. We’ll find out whether they call higher end options or backups
I think the odds are heavily in favor that: 1-Sayin’s last snap for OSU was Saturday 2- ‘27 OSU starter is not on the roster. The decision on what caliber of portal QB to bring in needs to be made in a month. QB portal arrangements don’t start when the portal opens Jan 2nd, that’s when they end. The program has no assurance Sayin makes a full recovery. Luke Fahey will have started just 3-4 games by the time this decision needs made. You can’t roll the dice on QB in an era where there is zero excuse to not have a very good one when you’re a top program.

Tough team to evaluate when it comes to enjoying the season. Great that they went so far, but it never really felt like they had the talent to make it all the way. Games can be really painful to watch...but they won more than most. Please invest in this team @CleGuardians
The Cleveland Guardians season is over. How would you grade this season of Cleveland baseball?

Great usage of Hunter on that drive for Jacksonville. Little Texas route for the TD was fun. Having Hunter be a suped up weapon type is a smart way to get value out of his role and talent

Somewhat defensible decision but the throw was cheeks and allowed the safety to make a play that wasn’t that crazy. Needed to be a fastball throw and that’s not Arch’s game, either.
still want to see him just run. That extra hitch was a classic “listen to your feet”.

Was already wondering if Howie would look at 2027 QBs with Hurts’ play declining and a new HC likely coming. Pretty ideal situation for a developmental QB. Here’s Hurts’ contract situation.
Breaking: After consultations with numerous doctors and experts that went into Saturday, the Eagles are placing quarterback Jalen Hurts on injured reserve, sources tell @rapsheet and me. The move will sideline Hurts indefinitely. More info to come.

It’s hard to roster multiple good QBs now more than ever but Ohio State missing on Air Noland and seemingly Tavien St Clair puts them in a really tough spot. Luke Fahey is a frosh who looked lost, and Sayin is overburdened for his talent when healthy

I say this every Ryan Day loss but it is absolutely unbelievable he loses the same way every single time. Down the bad miscalled penalties late. To actually get a break on a horrible coverage play is shocking

We call that heave a cheat code touchdown play. All hail Jeremiah Smith!

Ohio State has got to compensate for Julian Sayin’s weaknesses more. More quick game, rpos, screens. He’s slow to see leverage, weak arm and doesn’t handle pressure well. Deep drops with a mediocre OL just isn’t going to work well against a good defensive front

It’s getting to the point where a QB change needs to be considered if Sayin can’t even throw the damn ball away. He’s the biggest weakness on the team in these big games and making far too many mental mistakes

Herbstreit blaming the receiver for the route is ridiculous. Darnold was so late seeing the separation that the receiver had to slow or sprint out of bounds. Terrible announcer

I don’t think it’s puzzling. Youngest receiver room possible, bad OC hire from the jump, and he’s not experienced or polished enough to carry the weight of the unit. Best case is he has enough improvement later in the year and then take Jeremiah Smith but odds are stacked
Continued inaccuracy remains puzzling and disappointing. Has Worst completion % among starters, beyond his problems with blitz and decision making. Now 4 for 16 on throws of 20 or more air yards after going 7 for 7 last year.

So much Darnold and Daniel Jones to his game. Just not my type of QB. Good luck banking on him

Feel pretty comfortable saying that as of mid October, my top two eligible QBs are Austin Simmons and Drew Mestemaker. Chambliss is close but the size and age have to play in. Simmons looks like the easiest projection with the traits and quick processing

Impressively, if Thomas didn’t pick off the throw to Gadsden, there was another Seahawk right behind him, and the throw was behind Gadsden anyways. Then Darnold gives it right back. Incredible.

Motherf*ckers will look you dead in the eyes and tell you they would take Arch Manning over Jeremiah Smith. Brother, they aren’t even in the same stratosphere right now tape and talent wise.

Really cool to watch Keelon Russell and Kamario Taylor. These are the types of talents that will define the NFL’s next generation of QB play if they hit. Tremendous skill sets
