And at its meeting tomorrow, the GI BOE will fill the position previously held by Grand Island High School Assistant Principal Robert Julian.

Tomorrow, the Grand Island Board of Education will act on a letter from Huth Road Principal Dr. Ami Alderman, who resigned from her job. She replaced Kerri Nowak, who left to go on "sabbatical leave."

Thank you notes from Olivia Wright, Elisabeth Lupp, Michael Sadkowski, Olivia Pino when they were in Third Grade Newspaper Club @HuthRoad. I miss Newspaper Club. I’m going to miss @giclass2019 too.

More thank you notes from @giclass2019 when they were third-graders. Joshua wrote: “I learned about how newspapers are made. This is what they do. They slice and they cut.” Yeah, that’s pretty much it. Alilia wrote: “good job yesterday nice work friend.” :) #wheredidthetimegoGI

9 years ago I visited @HuthRoad to talk to the Third Grade Newspaper Club. Wednesday, these @giclassof2019 students will graduate from Grand Island HS. One thank you note from Jake said: “I learned that someone made about 100,000 dollars and you still made more than that.”

More thank-you notes from Miss Marcizewski's 2009-10 third-grade class after @LarrySidelines talked to the @HuthRoad newspaper club. They graduate this week from GIHS. “It is amazing how much mistakes news paper writers make,” wrote Anthony Ceccato. (If you only knew, Anthony.)

9 years ago Miss Marciszewski’s class made me Star of the Week when I visited @HuthRoad to talk to the Third Grade Newspaper Club. These kids are graduating from Grand Island High School Wednesday night. Rainer, Christopher, Brianna wrote thank-you notes. #WheredidthetimegoGI

Of all the thank-yous from @HuthRoad Third Grade Newspaper Club, my fave starts "Dear Mr. Austin, Thank you for not coming in dressed like an ape." I met the author of this 9 years later & found out she hasn't changed. She's still a mini comedian. Thank you, McKenna Prochaska.

This thank you letter to @LarrySidelines is from Grace LoHouse, a member of the @HuthRoad Third Grade Newspaper Club. She graduates Wednesday as valedictorian of the @giclass2019.
