I woke up intending to skim the headlines and could not put down this powerful, painful, beautiful read. I won't be missing anything @SincerelyJenee writes from now on.
We normalized the tragedy. We were in isolation, losing ourselves and one another. Then we were outside, grasping for what once was or fervently reaching for what could be. The masks to cover our faces? We started to mask our trauma, too. bostonglobe.com/2022/12/20/l…

PR folks! Some free advice
1) Don't make the subject line of your email "Media Advisory" or the like. Put the headline of your news release in there
2) Don't put the text of your news release in an attached PDF
You can do these things, of course! But it's not in your interest.
Congratulations and thank you to @HAWCNorthShore on 40 years working for change. @SalemStatePres among those honored this evening.
