The RToT strengthened participants’ technical knowledge, skills and understanding of the Integrated ASHA Training Module and ASHA’s roles across key areas of primary health care.
These trainees will lead district- and block-level capacity building and support the standardized, high-quality implementation of the Integrated ASHA Training Programme in their respective States.
