"IT MADE US FEEL BETTER TO MAKE THESE AND IT FEELS GOOD TO SHARE THEM. MUSIC HAS ALWAYS HAD A WAY OF MAKING US FEEL A LITTLE LESS ALONE IN THE WORLD… AND HOPEFULLY IT DOES FOR YOU, TOO. REMEMBER, EVERYONE IS IN THIS THING TOGETHER AND THIS TOO SHALL PASS." - Trent Reznor, 2020

Trent Reznor has said that every song listed as “… (instrumental)” on Deviations 1 originally had lyrics, which means that either Ripe or Decay (which didn’t appear on the vinyl pressing of The Fragile) originally had lyrics.

Nine Inch Nails - Hope We Can Again (2020)

i do genuinely just love nine inch nails man

I will (erase.) tear it down (deface.) to the ground and build another one.

HTDA is one of NINs most well produced projects and is just so unique and interesting which all the more makes me sad how little they made but FUCK what they made what fantastic

i am your savior, i am corruption, i am the angel, of your destruction, I AM PERVERSION, SECRET DESIRE, I AM YOUR FUTURE, SWALLOWED UP IN FIRE!

JUST REMEMBERED CLOSER IS IN MAGIC MIKE. FUCK. THANK YOU. FUCK. ITS SO FUNNY

The way Trent Reznor says "IM GONNA BURN THIS WHOLE WORLD DOWN!" in burn is maybe one of my favorite like. performances of his vocal wise. it's just so guttural and I think one of his most impressive ones. very much a Broken style song and it's so good because of it

Did not know Just Like You Imagined was in a trailer for 300 (2007)

something inside of me has opened up its eyes why did you put it there did you not realize? something inside of me it screams the loudest sound sometimes i think i could IM GONNA BURN THIS WHOLE WORLD DOWN! IM GONNA BURN THIS WHOLE WORLD DOWN! i never was apart of you.

I TRIED A BIT AND I TRIED SOME MORE! I LEFT HER ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR I THINK I KNEW WHEN I CROSSED THE LINE I THINK I KNEW THE WHOLE GODDAMNED TIME.
