Sending prayers and love to Rondale’s mom, family, football family and all those who knew and loved him. 🖤
When you raise an athlete and before you experience it you think the highest achievement is going to be when your kid "makes it". In hindsight the most valuable thing I left with was the friends and connections I made with people I would have never met.

Trust God and don’t let your feelings get in the way of your success. Your goals don’t care how you feel. Your goals don’t care if you are tired. Your goals only care if you get the job done. So trust God and be disciplined. Then you will know what it feels like to be on top.

If you are jumping in the transfer portal these days 1) you better have more than practice film and 2) you better have a plan BEFOREHAND. If not, the result —- you will waste away in the portal.
