As part of our local people focus in assembly, Mrs Fallon introduced the children to … The Gallaghers a very, very famous duo from Burnage! Mrs Whiteley and Mr Gillies played their guitars and the children sang Wonderwall beautifully. @NoelGallagher @liamgallagher #localheroes
Yesterday @BeckAdlington spoke to us about water safety, her Olympic swimming career and the swimming pool at Swim@ Cheadle Hulme. We even got to hold her Olympic medals! Thank you for a great experience! my.swim.co.uk/coursefinder

Year Two had a fantastic time today @legolandtraffor. They loved the 3D cinema and building rockets in the space mission room, however our highlight was making and testing spinning tops.
Year One have been making free standing structures in DT. These would make a lovely shelter for Grandad in our focus text 'Grandad's Island!'
We are so excited to welcome our new eggs from @livingeggsnw 🥚 🐣 We are all set up ready for them to hatch 🐣
Year two had a fantastic start to their new topic! We enjoyed being architects and planning our buildings. We then used joining techniques and card to build them.
Huge thank you to @carylhart1 and @bethanwoollvin for a fabulous author visit this morning 🌈⛈ and thank you @simplybooksNo1 for organising 📚
In Little Brown Bears this week we have been welcoming the new season. We have enjoyed a spring walk, where we searched for signs of spring. We have explored growth and began planting our Sunflower seeds. #springintospring #growth #newbeginnings #EYFS
