#NWCNewstream | Water supply to customers in Tambrine Hill, Great River, Esher and environs in Hanover is being impacted by broken mains on the network. The National Water Commission is working to complete the necessary repairs by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
#NWCNewstream | Customers along Pleasant View Road and nearby areas in St. Andrew are being advised that the National Water Commission is investigating a water supply issue affecting the area.
#NWCNewstream | Customers in Gustman/Happy Grove and nearby areas in St. Andrew are being advised that their water supply will be temporarily disrupted from 9:00 am to 12: 00 noon on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
This is to facilitate the NWC team in carrying out network assessments in the Pleasant Valley area to resolve distribution issues.
Customers are encouraged to store water for use during the disruption period.

NWC’s Revenue collection drive continues Oct. 26 - 30, 2026, for delinquent customers. The NWC will be going to targeted communities to disconnect for outstanding payments, so make arrangements to pay now. We would much rather collect than disconnect.

The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising customers of Annotto Bay and surrounding communities in St. Mary that its Customer Service Hub will be operating in the area from October 26- 29, 2026.
Customers will be able to access a range of services including applications for New Services, Bill Queries, Bill Payments, Reconnections and Payment Arrangements.
The NWC encourages all customers in the area who require assistance to visit the Customer Service Hub.
