The shot that gets me is the speed display inside the carriage Outside the train is tearing past everything Inside people are just sitting there like it’s another ordinary commute. I’d want to know one thing before comparing these trains though is that the speed passengers actually travel at or a record set during testing? Those tell you very different things For everyday travel I’d care more about how much time the train saves from leaving home to arriving at my destination. Getting to the station waiting making connections it all counts. Give me a comfortable seat a station I can reach easily and a service that gets me there on time That’s when fast trains would really change how I travel.
