I fly a lot 3-4 times a month. I tried @AmericanAir for the first time in years and it has been the worsts experience. 6 hour delay from LA to PA. Trying to get back to LA - so far delayed 21 hours, but still not in the air. I’m sticking with @SouthwestAir
