Enugu Partners Humatrix in 100,000-Job Deal, Opens New Opportunities for Young People.
Enugu State is taking another step towards creating jobs and expanding opportunities for its young people as the state government partners with Humatrix to establish a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) hub.
The project is expected to create over 100,000 jobs within five years, beginning with a 750-seat centre and expanding to over 2,000 seats in its first year.
The East is ready for business. We call on Ndi Igbo at home and in the diaspora, as well as investors everywhere, to come back, invest and be part of the opportunities being built in Ala Igbo.
The East is ready for business!
I use to think manufacturing is all about the products
Somebody never actually highlighted its the machine that makes the products
Which is why I'm currently on a journey to reading a thousand pages book on machine maintenance Engineering
We are getting ready to build Africa from Igbo land, Eastern Nigeria.
Happy Igbo manufacturing
Rooting for all manufacturers from Nigeria!!!
Igbo is leading the charge for Africa's industrialization!!!!

On Monday and Tuesday, my organisation, Educare, will be the headline sponsor of the APEN Conference at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The conference will bring together private school leaders from across Nigeria to discuss the theme, “Human First: Leading with Purpose in the Age of AI.”
Nigeria has a vast network of private schools, and it is critically important that our education system evolves to meet global standards and the demands of a rapidly changing world.
We must ensure that our schools are not merely preparing children to pass examinations, but equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to thrive in the age of artificial intelligence.
The future of education is changing, and Nigeria cannot afford to be left behind.

Kano: the latest batch of ContiSX Phones has arrived at the airport for you! Within the next 24 hours, our logistics partner will deliver your devices. Our updated commitment is simple: we will deliver ContiSX devices anywhere in Nigeria and internationally within 14 days of ordering.
Let me also use this opportunity to celebrate something remarkable happening in Nigeria. Our ContiSX packaging boxes are designed, structured, printed and produced by amazing makers in Osisioma, Aba and Obigbo, PHC! Yes, from the packaging design to the printing, finishing, IMEI identification and barcode integration, these makers are leading.
At ContiSX, we focus on what we know best: electronics, firmware, software and blockchain engineering. Our great partners in Aba and PHC are leading packaging engineering and ergonomics.
And now, something even more exciting! We are preparing to launch the ContiSX Watch, a blockchain-powered smartwatch that could be among the pioneering devices of its kind globally. My PhD research at Johns Hopkins University focused on developing microprocessor-based systems for monitoring physiological and neural signals, including ECG (heart), EEG (brain), EMG (muscles), etc.
That research journey continues to inspire what we are building today. The ContiSX Watch integrates selected health-monitoring sensors alongside payment capabilities, intelligent assistance and productivity tools. Our ambition is to bring technology closer to humans, enabling people to remain connected to their health, finances and daily activities.
As we say in the Igbo nation, "Ndụ ka ihe eji azụ ya" [Life is more important than whatever is needed to sustain it], we work as we live, but we should not lose our health in the process of making a living. Every family in Africa needs a Contisx device and please check us out contisx.com/phone .
Notice: when our stock exchange begins operations, these devices will power our mission of “exchanging prosperity” for all. We are ENGINEERS. We build!

The 2026 American Dynamism 50 is here: our annual list of 50 companies, from within the a16z portfolio and beyond, building for America's future.
This year's theme is Production is Deterrence. "America's ability to prevent conflict depends on what it can build, how fast it can deliver, and how long it can keep going."
A new generation of defense companies is moving from prototypes to full-scale production, and the industrial base has to keep pace. This year's list is organized around three pillars:
1. Systems: the drones, ships, missiles, aircraft, and spacecraft that deter conflict.
2. Factories: the plants, tools, and software that build them.
3. Inputs: the materials and power they're made of and run on.
Get all three right, and the impact reaches well beyond defense, to skilled jobs, revitalized communities, and the supply chains behind energy, housing, and everyday goods.

This is what reshoring looks like in real life. Thanks to tariffs, stamping work is coming back to America! 🇺🇸
At our factory, @AtlasTool, we’ve already won seven figures in new annual stamping business as production returns to the USA.
We’re hiring new employees, retraining and upskilling our existing workforce, and even bringing mothballed equipment back to life to meet growing demand.
In this video, we’re moving a massive 75,000-pound stamping press across a crowded, busy production floor to its new home, where it will be refurbished, modernized, and automated.
Built in the 1950s, this machine weighs 37.5 tons and delivers an impressive 120 tons of stamping force!
How do you move 37.5 tons of American manufacturing muscle?
Very slowly. Very carefully. And with a great team.
This is what tariffs are supposed to do: bring production, investment, and good-paying jobs back to America. 🇺🇸

From Vision to Investment. From Investment to Development.
On Tuesday, 27 October 2026, after 13 months of sustained engagement, project preparation and due diligence, we took a significant step towards unlocking the industrial potential of the South East.
At the South East Gas Infrastructure Investment and Project Presentation in Enugu, @SEDCgov announced its US$3 million investment in a regional gas distribution pipeline project, with an estimated first phase equity investment of approx. US$100 million.
Construction is scheduled to commence in Q1 2027, with first gas delivery targeted for 2028.
This is about more than a pipeline. It is about developing gas infrastructure across all five South East states, powering our industries, reducing the cost of doing business, attracting private investment and creating economic opportunities for our people.
At SEDC, our philosophy is simple: public resources must do more than fund expenditure. They must unlock investments that transform our economy.
My appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his vision, leadership and strong support; Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu, CFR, who represented Mr. President; our host, Governor Peter Mbah; and the South East Governors for their representation, leadership and support.
I also thank our project partners, Gas Sync Limited, NNPC Gas Marketing Limited and Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria, and the entire SEDC Board, Management and team for their commitment.
The real measure of success will be the industries powered, businesses supported and jobs created.
From potential to prosperity. We are determined to do the work.

I just paid my workers today, and one of them did something that got to me.
After my calculations, he made an extra ₦170,000 in commission on top of his fixed ₦40,000. That's ₦210,000 total for the month.
I paid the rest, checked around the office, and was about to drive out when he ran towards me with a small envelope.
I was curious but held back from opening it. I asked what was inside and why. He said:
"This is my own tithe to you, to show how much I appreciate the opportunity. I came in on a ₦40,000 salary, but you introduced the commission system and you didn't cheat us for once. You paid us accordingly and were never threatened by how much we earned."
Then he added:
"I know I worked for it, but other bosses would have slyed on us after seeing I made over 5x what I should have. I will never take this for granted."
I felt emotional. I waited for him to leave before opening the envelope
₦20,000 was in it.
I stood there, speechless.
I tripled it and sent him ₦70,000.
A grateful person will always be grateful, no matter what.
I love people who show gratitude.
Above all, love God.
Eastern Nigeria do not need to invent new technology
We just need to achieve rule of law and an education system that solves problem
It's just that simple.
American children are building technology fighting to remain the absolute leader of the free world
Chinese children are building technology fighting to overtake and become the absolute leaders of the world
Eastern Nigerian children are are under going intensive, international standards educational training
Fighting to overtake and become the greatest workforce in Africa.
Same mindset, same goal, same personality different continents.

With these ancestry DNA results, there will be an influx of Black Americans to Igboland in the coming years.
Ala Igbo needs more museums, art galleries, parks, cultural centers, restaurants, etc., not just Ogene at the airports.
Peter Mbah knows that we Igbos are very serious about Aku ruo uno
The new Enugu smart city might just be the biggest and most strategic investment Enugu state government have undertaken in years
Imagine it becomes a success, the 30 billion dollars economy and 250B dollar South East regional economy might be doable
South East governors are working and SEDC seems to be in the right track
I am only waiting for a massive agreement, corporation and signing of contracts between the South East and Alex Onyia
Regional infrastructure must be complimented with a highly, educated skilled force and Alex deserves to lead that revolution.
We have made significant progress in redesigning the Igbo Apprenticeship System.
We have now signed an agreement with a German Ausbildung programme, one of the world’s most respected vocational training systems in the world.
We will be selecting 20 young people between the ages of 16 and 25 from across the five South-Eastern states for specialised training in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, welding, masonry, and other technical skills.
The selected participants will first undergo nine months of intensive German language training in Enugu before securing Ausbildung placements and relocating to Germany for specialised vocational training.
Upon completing their training, they will return to Nigeria to train others, transferring their knowledge and expertise to local communities as we progressively expand the programme.
Our core focus is precision, technical excellence, and world-class craftsmanship.
We want to develop a generation of highly skilled professionals who can build infrastructure, transform industries, create jobs, and contribute meaningfully to the development of our society.
These are the people who will build the future of our region.
We are deliberately building the human capital required to transform the South East.
One thing we Igbos must avoid by all means is another WAR
Our goal must be on becoming the STANDARD for Africa by 2050
If you are an Igbo man, remember to work harder
Our destiny is in our own hands

This is Government College Afikpo, Ebonyi State.
We have succeeded in inspiring these students to dream bigger, aspire to greatness, and take their education seriously.
We are not just improving academic performance. We are raising a generation of young people who believe in their potential and are determined to achieve extraordinary things.
We will not leave a single child behind.
Watch closely as we work to build Africa’s greatest workforce over the next 10 years.
The transformation of Africa begins in our classrooms.
