Start the game without mods.
❌Don't play with your saves before you checked with the creators if your mods are compatible!
I would really love to see someone do like a newer version of TheSimsMobile now that the game files are literally accessible. It’ll be very interesting if someone actually finds a way to add new stuff to the game. #TheSimsMobile #TheSims

I just realised that after downloading the offline TSM, there’s this option called “Sim’s Closet” I don’t know if this was an existing feature that the team was eventually going to add although it does seems to be there but it doesn’t work at all. #TheSimsMobile

Just a little update, on the large test world with 12 lots in close proximity - I added gallery builds to each lot, my framerate stayed in the high 40's into the 60's. My specs are nothing special: GeForce RTX 2060, 32 GB RAM, Intel i5-9400F 2.9Ghz.
