After a bad home defeat against Chesterfield we had the lads in the next day to watch a video we’d clipped highlighting our bad defending. And played this music over the action. I can still see Steve Elliott’s face now…

Steve Cotterill made us watch a loss at Oxford once. At half time the camera kept rolling just filming the pitch. After 5 mins watching a bloke divoting someone said “Ill fast forward gaffer?” “NO. THIS IS THE BEST BIT” he screamed. So there was sat. And it was.

I think Utd are actually trying their best. But that is all they have. There’s just a complete lack of quality and confidence throughout the team. And, I have to say, uninspiring leadership from the manager and coaches.
