33 year old Phillip Patel spotted a petrol station selling fuel 4p a litre cheaper than his local garage and immediately made the 3 mile journey to fill up his tank!
After completing the 6 mile round trip, the delighted motorist worked out that he'd spent 95p on petrol getting there and back, leaving him with a net saving of 65p! ๐ฅ
To celebrate his newfound wealth, Phil treated himself to a Freddo bar. A luxury purchase he admits he probably wouldn't have made had it not been for the Fuel Map.

Please retweet, urgent home needed for 12 yr old ROSIE Terrier ๐๐๐ Rosie is another of our new arrivals from the council pound. #YORKSHIRE #UK She hadnโt had any offers of help, and we just couldnโt leave her there at her age.
Rosie is struggling in kennels - sheโs started to put the brakes on and refuse to come back into her kennel which is just heartbreaking, but who can blame her - she shouldnโt be homeless at her age and be having to go into a kennel. She is safe with us, but desperately unhappy and we wonโt sit back and let her struggle.
We URGENTLY need a foster home for Rosie ideally with a view to adoption (but not essential).
Rosie needs a quieter home where she will get plenty of company, older children upwards, no cats, possibly a very calm smaller older dog as she just ignores dogs . The only time weโve heard her bark is at a horse - she likes to tell them that she might only be small but she is a terrier after all .
If you can help us to get this gorgeous little old lady out of kennels, please get in touch ASAP!!
