The Thunder are dealing with injuries to key players like Cason Wallace and Jalen Williams, so imagine Sam Presti bringing Russell Westbrook out of retirement. 👀
Russ returning to OKC for one more run would be an unreal storyline.
Make the call, Presti! 😭

On this date in 2016, Russell Westbrook recorded the first 50-point triple-double in the NBA since Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in 1975.
Westbrook accomplished the feat in the second game of the season and would average a triple-double for the first time that year.

Thunder GM Sam Presti was asked if he would bring Russ back 👀
"Any thought to bringing Russell Westbrook out of retirement?"

40k month child support is crazy.
Paul pierce hops on IG live to address the rumors of him being broke. He said do I look broke. I got checks coming in every week. I only said that so the judge can lower my $40K a month child support. My bm needs to get a job😬
“I’m broke but I got 10 cars and 3 cribs lol”
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Paul Pierce did not say this on IG live or address being broke/child support as claimed. The video is an unrelated May 2025 clip of him ranting about NBA playoffs; court filings show him claiming financial hardship without admitting deception.

Sam Presti on if they thought about bringing back Russell Westbrook: "I haven't thought about anything relative to the roster spot. I understand the question, but all I'm really focused on right now is players, giving them the right support and then helping everybody."
