Yesterday, we took the Health Outreach Bus to the Soup Kitchen. James, paramedic from @NetworkGreater, was onboard providing support to those who needed to access health services. In total, eight people were supported. 💙

Thanks to the McDonalds in Brotherhood Retail Park for their donation.

Yesterday, we took the Health Outreach Bus to the soup kitchen.
We facilitated appointments with a GP from @NetworkGreater. Those who got a consultation said how much they appreciated having access to medical support. 💛

Then we took the bus to where the Soup Kitchen is usually located. A @NetworkGreater GP provided consultations to those sleeping rough & in medical need.
In this severe weather it was great to see @PeterboroughCC Rough Sleeper team helping people into emergency accommodation.

Frailty patients can now receive care in their own home, thanks to a new Frailty Virtual Ward, set up with the support of @NetworkGreater
90-year-old Lawrence, the virtual ward's first patient, spent five days on the virtual ward before being discharged.
