Any actual evidence or sources the brewers are giving ppl a hard time or is it just easier to be jackass and make it up for engagement numbers??
More than a decade ago, the Brewers sold 1,000 "Timeless Tickets" for $1,000 each, promising that they could be redeemed for any Brewers home game between now and when the sun finally engulfs the earth. Even in the year 2050, even in Game 7 of the World Series.
They got A MILLION DOLLARS for almost nothing, and who knows how much they've made on that low-overhead influx of cash since 2015. But now that the Brewers are actually in the World Series, people are coming forward to redeem their Timeless Tickets, and apparently the organization is giving some of them a hard time.
World Series tickets in Milwaukee are sold out at face value and some are going for as much as $15,000 on the resale market. The very cheapest SRO tickets just to get into the ballpark are reselling for far more than the cost of a Timeless Ticket.
But I'll tell you what: the best possible look for the Brewers organization would not only be to honor the Timeless Tickets as promised, but to make the process SO unbelievably fun and easy for the folks that parted with $1,000 back on the eve of Khris Davis's FIRST season batting .247, when the Brewers went 68-94 to finish in fourth place.
The Brewers probably owing their World Series berth to Chicago because they threw a bag at our milk toast manager is chefs kiss perfection
Craig Counsell getting the Chicago Cubs job is one of the GREATEST things that ever happened to this franchise.

Replying to @JeffPassan
@JeffPassan is the slimiest little weasel and actually hates the game of baseball he just likes getting clicks (i.e. Getting to write about big market teams and the brewers winning ruins his engagement numbers)

2001 for me. Jenkins, Sexson, Burnitz.
Carlos Lee and Bill Hall kept the fire burning; then everything went to a whole new level when Weeks, Hart, Hardy, Braun, and Fielder came along.
Impossible not to fall in love with a team when you feel like you were growing and evolving at the same time as them.

Who would’ve thought when Arian chose the Brewers (1 whole year ago) he would be heading to the World Series??
