DO YOU CARE ENOUGH?
- about your teammates to bring out the best in them?
- about your team's success to hold everyone accountable?
- about your coaches to not let anyone trash them?

Today's recruiting advice: in club, you practice 2-3x per week to play 5-6 matches on the weekend. In college, you practice 5-6 times per week to play 2x on the weekend. U must REALLY like the training gym, how the coaches coach, and team u pick! Watch a practice on your visits!

Goals are good but goals won't take you where you want to go. Your COMMITMENTS are what lead you to accomplish your goals. As we approach the New Year start thinking about what you will COMMIT to.

6 principles of an elite mindset:
1️⃣ You’re never too good to get better.
2️⃣ Do what you do on purpose, with purpose.
3️⃣ Little by little, a little becomes a lot.
4️⃣ Focus on the process, not the results.
5️⃣ Embrace the boredom of consistency.
6️⃣ Learn from failure.
