Cider on Sunday is @piltoncider a collab with Dunleavy Vineyards, poetry/blending by Martyn Goodwin-Sharman (of @NeutralCiderPod). A silky cider 5.4% with a caramel nose, rounded roasted apple & spice notes, finishing with an acid flash & a light tannic slightly chalkiness. Yum!
