It’s just ignorance. My Pakistani coworker asked a Black coworker if she “bought” her hair. I was shocked but the sister took it as harmless ignorance and joked it off. Happens mostly because they rarely wear wigs which is why we need to fix it as Black people. I’m equally guilty
