Downhill + generates paint touches and can really guard. Efficiency has to improve in year two of CBB.

As far as talented back-courts go, put @NewHamptonHoops near the top of the list. The duo of @Stetsonmerritt1 & @dswartz2028 is going to cause problems for opposing defense this winter. Luke O’Connell is one to watch too - athletic, long, & still shooting it at a high level.

2029 Luke O’Connell a name to watch with New Hampton moving forward. Skilled shooter at 6’5” who can make shots in different ways. Sees the floor and has developing athleticism. Ceiling is notable.

New Hampton’s Stetson Merritt was very good in their first game here today at the scholastic showcase.
Got paint touches at will using his patient but crafty attack. Made ton of floaters off two and created shots for himself at multiple levels of the floor.

TONS of new players looking good for @NewHamptonHoops.
@dswartz2028 and Brennan Williams getting to the rim at will, while @0fficial_n1k0 and Kasten Eggers stroking it from three.
And, of course, @Stetsonmerritt1 running the show with his tantalizing change of speed/direction.

BTI Basketball Club welcomes Brennan Williams to the BTI Nation. Williams is 6’7 wing-forward from the Bay Area who will re-class and head to @newhamptonbasketball next fall. He has size, athleticism and versatile scoring instincts which make him a terrific D1 bound prospect.
