Daily reminder: This page & account is dedicated to 「美少女戦士セーラームーンCrystal」/“Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal” only, so rare talk of 90’s anime is to be expected.
(Manga is exceptional, as this series is a closer adaptation of it).
Just a little detail that Sailor Ceres was the first one to recognize Sailor Cosmos was Chibi-Chibi 😉
Cosmos: “It’s the Sailor Crystals that were stolen during Galaxia and Shadow Galactica’s crusade of power and thrown into the Cauldron. They’re being molded into their original forms.”
Ceres: “Chibi-Chibi?”
(Act 60)

Cat is out of the bag. Chibi-Chibi is not only Sailor Moon from the future, but also her ultimate form (presumably after NQS)
Vesta: “Cosmos Crystal?”
Juno: “Lambda power?”
Pallas: “Can you tell us who you are?”
Cosmos: “I am Sailor Cosmos”
Ceres: “You can’t be! Are you her ultimate form? You’re the future of the future Sailor Moon?”
(Act 60)

“I guess maybe she’s not my child. So that means…she’s Chibiusa’s child?”

Semi-truth is that Chibi-Usa needed to train (as a Sailor Guardian), but also she herself just wanted to stay in the 21st century w/ UsaMamo 😅
NQS: “Please take care of Small Lady!”
Mamoru: “Well, that does look like your handwriting”
Chibiusa: “I’m back at the past, and I’m here to stay!”
(Act 26/AD: Akira Takahashi, Yukie Sako)(ED&SB: Munehisa Sakai)
