A fantastic call to action by @lzxdc about how much work there is still to do and the need to rally around critical discussions about race in the industry from the cyber community. #CISACyberSummit

OK. Let's be real. Burnout is an organizational problem, not an individual one. And while there ARE things we can do as individuals to help us manage and survive, it's up to ORGANIZATIONS to ensure work cultures, policies and systems don't fry workers to a crisp.
We’re all feeling a little fried at work and home. But there are ways to stay sharp and recharge.

This thread - Delta variant threat looms.
Covid (@UCSF) Chronicles, Day 453 1/ I know everybody’s sick of playing 3-dimensional Covid chess. Sorry, but the Delta variant forces us back to the chess board. Ergo, this 🧵. If you’re fully vaxxed, I wouldn’t be too worried, especially if you’re in a highly vaxxed region.

In order to really tackle systemic issues, like discrimination and racism, there has to be authentic solidarity within organizations. Doing this type of meaningful work requires thoughtful action.
