Don’t empathize with Anakin.
Identify with Aragorn.
He’s the ultimate anti-doomer.
When all seemed lost, Aragorn still acted out of principle & not self-interest.
He didn’t change his actions based on feelings or probabilities.
He didn’t harbor vengeance.
He had a duty, and he risked life and love to fulfill it (saving both in the process).
Has anyone gone to writing conferences lately? Any good ones for the indy/self-pub side of the world?

Anakin was freed some slavery on a third world planet and given free housing in the Republic only for him to become a political subversive advocating for a foreign religion.
Meanwhile, men aren't reading at all. Literature is in trouble and society is downstream.
Young women are reading again, but its smut of the weirdest variety imaginable trib.al/K3My20K
I saw two scenes in The Chosen.
One was Jesus refusing to let Nicodemus bow to him. The others was this. Both are borderline heretical and very stupid.
Replying to @RealLifeFakeWiz
Jesus being nervous about giving the Sermon on the Mount was the only clip I ever had to see to know this show was garbage.

This whole conversation around Anakin shows why the right continuously fails to make good media
Going to war with Shane Gillis is a losing prospect and a good way to lose the Internet's favor. Especially over something he's obviously right about...
Almost done with Inkheart. I'll have a full review later, but there's a tone or wasted potential in the book. Great writing and a fun idea squandered on a somewhat idiot plot.
Still fun, but it could have been soo much better.
Apparently the government has issued a warning about needing to be prepared for some impending disaster?
Better back up my books....
