My @lyft was in an accident today. Customer service is currently refusing to refund the transaction and suggesting I should have requested a new Lyft on the side of 405 in LA after the accident. This is quite possibly the worst service I’ve received from any company.
7 years ago today I tweeted that Halo and Starcraft were two of the best game franchises of all time. I might add Dota now but this is one of those rare times when I look back at my younger self and think “that guy really knew what he was talking about”.
