🚨 The $ETHG spam contract is secretly minting XEN using trader fees. Over 186K+ VMUs created and over 195 ETH drained without user consent. So far, 458B $XEN minted, 229B dumped. All profit, no cost. Very shady (but also clever). Details: The Ethereum Games $ETHG spam contract (0x3fC29836E84E471a053D2D9E80494A867D670EAD) already minted 186,848 XEN VMUs and continues mint #XEN every single day using trader-funded fees (“tax on transfers”). Basically, each time someone interacts with ETHG, it sems that the contract demands a slightly higher fee that necessary, then redirects those excess fees toward minting XEN. Essentially, the entire minting process is fueled by the fees generated from ETHG trading. Altogether, over 195 #ETH (approximately $600,414.91 - adjusted over time) has been spent on minting XEN—without #ETHG traders’ explicit knowledge. Most new mints are set to a 365-day term, although the contract uses variable terms (e.g. some of the now-maturing mints that are being claimed by this contract owner were originally set at 210 days). All XEN is then claimed at maturity and funneled into address 0xa478634df0301471ccf4ffe2d58c96ddee13219d (presumably belonging to the contract’s creator). So far, the creator has collected 25% of all mints (47,932 of the 186,848 minted VMUs), yielding 458.17 billion XEN (nearly half a trillion). They have offloaded 229.84 billion XEN on @Uniswap already; the most recent sale was four days ago—14 billion XEN for 0.5 ETH (tx: 0x037b6721b9ecb8ea0c509ebc9beb842d2aa4865012029747bfe7febef35ea6f8), but they have multiple other dumps over $1,000. As of now, the creator still retains 228.32 billion XEN, placing them at #70 among XEN holders. Had they not sold any, they would currently rank #34. If they continue operating at this scale, they will easily reach the top 10, amassing around 2 trillion XEN essentially at no personal cost. However, historical activity indicates a high likelihood of further dumping XEN on #Xenians using XEN/ETH Uniswap pool. It’s undeniably clever—yet unquestionably shady—to design a contract that covertly uses trader-generated fees to mint and claim XEN without the traders’ knowledge or direct consent.

Attention!!! Be careful with Kraken wallet I just came across scam tokens that are displayed only in the Kraken wallet, in others these tokens are not displayed. The amount is very tempting, but besides the fact that the commission is large, when signing up for aprove, unlimited permission is requested, meaning all your funds may be stolen. I am attaching photos and addresses of the contracts below. 0x3fc29836e84e471a053d2d9e80494a867d670ead 0x514b9e5467b9eb811519e316263c9099eae546ca P.s. 5.9M S burned! 🔥 As previously communicated, unclaimed tokens from the Sonic airdrop were scheduled to be burned. On October 15, the burn was triggered permissionlessly onchain, permanently removing 5.9M S from circulation. Transaction hashes: sonicscan.org/tx/0xf2c8634f7… sonicscan.org/tx/0x4b335d2f4…

$S — Sonic ㅤ Most Layer 1s compete on speed. ㅤ $S is trying to combine speed with something more important: ㅤ A real DeFi ecosystem. ㅤ Sonic is the evolution of the Fantom ecosystem, built as a high-performance EVM-compatible Layer 1 for DeFi and on-chain applications. ㅤ Save this checklist: ㅤ -> What it does ㅤ Sonic gives developers a fast EVM environment for building financial and consumer applications. ㅤ Think: ㅤ DEXs. Lending. Stablecoins. Payments. On-chain apps. ㅤ -> Main narrative ㅤ Layer 1. DeFi. EVM. High Performance. Developer Infrastructure. ㅤ -> Why it matters ㅤ Fast chains are everywhere. ㅤ The real challenge is attracting liquidity, developers, and users who actually stay. ㅤ Sonic is trying to turn performance into real economic activity. ㅤ -> What makes it different ㅤ Sonic comes from the Fantom ecosystem but is built around a refreshed network design and stronger focus on developer growth. ㅤ It also puts more emphasis on rewarding applications that generate real activity. ㅤ -> Bull case ㅤ If Sonic keeps attracting DeFi liquidity and developers, the market could start treating it as more than just a Fantom rebrand. ㅤ That could give $S strong re-rating potential during a Layer 1 or DeFi rotation. ㅤ -> Bear case ㅤ Competition + adoption. ㅤ The Layer 1 market is extremely crowded. ㅤ Sonic still needs more sticky liquidity, active users, and strong applications to separate itself from competitors. ㅤ -> What to watch ㅤ TVL. Stablecoin liquidity. DEX volume. Developer growth. Active users. Protocol launches. S token demand. ㅤ My view: ㅤ Narrative: 9/10 Utility: 8/10 Adoption: 8/10 Risk: Medium-High Upside: High ㅤ Layer 1. DeFi. High-performance EVM. ㅤ $S is basically a bet that Sonic can turn speed into a sticky DeFi economy. ㅤ If liquidity and developer activity keep growing, Sonic is one of the Layer 1 names worth keeping high on the radar. ㅤ Save this for your Layer 1 / DeFi watchlist. ㅤ Got a coin you want me to break down next? One Signature, Many Transactions Bundles make multi-step workflows atomic, but that can still mean multiple wallet confirmations. With the delegate pattern, the user signs once and a temporary delegate account completes the rest of the workflow inside the bundle.

Sonic L1 just hit a major transaction milestone... @SonicLabs' L1 blockchain has now processed an impressive 210,000,000 individual transactions, according to data from @chainspect_app. The network has also seen serious growth in its stablecoin ecosystem in recent weeks, its stablecoin market cap sitting at $140M at time of writing and making it the world's 27th largest chain by that metric.

Sonic just changed its tokenomics. Instead of minting this year's scheduled allocation of 47.6M sonic-3:native, they chose not to mint it. The focus now? Continue burning sonic-3:native to keep the token scarcer and more deflationary. That's a strong signal of confidence in the network's growth. Great news !
Our tokenomics provide for an annual mint of 47,625,000 sonic-3:native to fund Sonic's growth. The first allocation was minted on June 18, 2025. This year, we did not mint it. We are actively working toward no longer inflating the supply of sonic-3:native. The one question still open is validator rewards, since the network needs to fund its own security, and we are working on how to do that. This decision comes in direct response to what our community and stakeholders have asked for. We will share more details as the work continues.

🚀Why #SONIC Tech Still Wins – Regardless of the Noise Team changes happen in every project. Founders move on, new leaders step up. But what doesn't change? The technology. Sonic was built for speed, scalability & real performance – sub-second finality, massive TPS, and a foundation that powers actual use cases. Projects thrive here because of the tech, not because of any person. The chain works. The vision holds. The infrastructure is elite. Real builders don’t chase drama – they build on what’s best. If you’re in $S for the tech, you’re in for the right reasons. This isn’t team dependency. This is tech superiority. Stay strong, Sonic community. The real game is just getting started. 💪💪
