A big thank you to Mr. OD Tompkins for taking the time to talk to my class about the history of desegregation in Katy ISD. Mr. Tompkins was one of the first Black educators in Katy and has a high school named after him. @MarlaMcNeese mother was KHS first Black HOCO Queen in 1974
