PRESS STATEMENT PSU has learnt with deep concern of a medication error at Kabwangasi HC III, Butebo District, where carbamazepine was mistakenly administered instead of mebendazole during an outreach. One child has sadly passed on; over 20 remain admitted. We convey heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and wish the admitted children a quick recovery.
