Akhil Amar and I will be the featured debaters for the Rosenkranz Debate this year at the Federalist Society’s National Lawyers Convention. If you didn’t manage to snag tickets this year, I believe it will be live-streamed, so you can watch that way. Unlike past years, the Rosenkranz Debate will be held on Thursday (instead of the usual Saturday).
