This same cartoon, give or take a couple Presidents, could be used for most things Donald Trump has done:
- Venezuela starting in 1998,
- the illegal alien problem going back many decades,
- stopping the offshoring of manufacturing jobs going back to the eighties.
- a real, effective war on drugs by going after the suppliers
And most of them were promised by Democrat as well as Republican Presidents and Senators, who had neither the intention or will to do anything about them.
The hypocrisy in Washington D.C. is infinite.
