Ok, So I got my 3D printer's, FLsun QQ and SR, fully tuned to the TPU Filament. I got the head base printing, I got the left side of the back of the head, and the main fursuit skill printing.
Once I got those last 2 printed. I can put the full head base together, get it primed, painted and ready to fur. I have all the colours mixed and ready to go.
I will have to make some changes to the dragon fursuit bases i was doing and get those reprinted out. I changed how the jaw design was and how the mask sat of the face, along with top holes/vents for heat and a cut out for the head zipper. along with other small things
Switching to TPU makes everything i was trying to do before, possible now.

I got one more Canine head to print out after this. and I can then go back and print out the dragons. cats, bulls, etc and then move up the line as i need them.
Once I got the canine full printed, primed and painted. i will show off side by side the old design of the dragons to the differences in new design.
as much as I am pissed off/annoyed with dealing with my printers for so long, getting them to work good with TPU filament. It was well worth it. I learnt a lot with rubber like filament i can apply to more stuff down the line. I also realized about a bunch of stuff I would have never thought to check on the printer, that could affect how it prints from hardware to small little "mindless" settings in the printing program.
Ok so update on stuff.

Last week I was sick with the flu. that was fun....
This week I go to start sanding and priming bases for fursuit heads... and the white filament i got was horse shit. Just fraying.
The black I normally get, not a damn problem. but the white from the same company.... complete fucking horse shit. I made the mistake of ordering a mix pack of white and black...
So about a weeks worth of prints was completely ruined. /super fucking pissed off.
I had a roll of TPU, I figured after being skull fucked by the shit-tastic white. I would give it a try. and use that for the fursuit head bases.
Tried it on my FLsun super racer, Love it. I figured out the density and stuff I wanted. worked great on my FLsun printers. (Super racer and QQ)
I figured. u know what, my Ender 3 Max's will be purfect, since they are direct drive. purfect for TPU.... nope... I cannot for the life of me get them to print with out stringing to rat shit.
I tried temps from 200 to 240, I tried no retraction to 10MM retract, I tried different speeds to print at, I tried different wall ordering, I tried Nozzle wiping, I tried cutting the flow of filament towards the end of the walls, layers, etc. and every fucking combo I could think of. nothing fucking worked.
FLSUNS, PURFECT. The Ender 3 maxes.... stringing, BAD stringing.
The ender 3 max's printed pla+ filament with some light issues that sanding could fix for mold making... but be damned for TPU.. SO after days of trying.... I'm just defeated with the Ender 3 Max's. I'm mentally fucking done with them. A friend is coming to pick them up and at i will just stick to my FLsuns, I have rarely had any issues with them.
I will most likely get a new model of the FLsuns at some point near the end of the year when i get some extra money.
Im just so mentally fucking done atm. I feel like horse shit, I haven't had a problem like this in a long time.
but the god thing is... I now work with TPU. when i get extra money as well I want to work with PEBA Filament. it is a bit more pricy but I think i would like it more for fursuit parts, specially fitted masks and feet paws/making shoes
