Genuinely speaking, I don't know what Davido did for him to be getting the kind of hatred I see everyday on this app. Man is unarguably the most coolest A list artist in Africa and probably beyond. His peers, upcomings and popular people on social media already know how hated he is and the kind of negative clout he has in Nigeria. That is why he's an easy target for clout chasing. If you want to chase clout and get people on your side easily, just drag Davido and you will see the crazy numbers of support you will get. Funny thing is that the moment you finish dragging, 2-3 days max, the supporters have disappeared because they don't give a fvck about you. Ask Erigga As long as it's about Davido, no one cares to know who's right and who's wrong. Even if Davido is right, they don't care to know. They already made him the villain and it's quite sad for a cool guy like Davido. Ask many Nigerians why they hate him and many will hide under that crypto rug pull or that ponzi he endorsed or other excuses but deep down we all know it's because of the Wizkid and Davido rivary. Imagine having this kind of deep hatred in your heart because of a rivalry of two celebrities that doesn't know you. Wizkid relationship with his fans is a slave and master kind of relationship and the fools are so happy with it. He doesn't give a fvck about them yet they talk about him and see him like a god and worship him. Davido breaching the gap between a celeb and the common man is the reason they are so angry including their faves. Davido is the one that's accessible yet Wizkid fans are the one that cries the most about it because it made people realize that their god can be accessible but he's just being wicked. Being accessible is not a bad thing, uplifting people is not a bad thing because the worst thing that can happen is see finish and that will not deduct a kobo from your bank account or affect your brand. When I see the likes of Carter, I smile so hard knowing that Davido is one of the reasons he's up there. Davido uplifted Carter and Carter uplifted others like Mary, Destiny and others. That is what life should be about. You're already blessed, a mega superstar and the least you could do is to shine your star among others. It will cost you nothing.
