The local library may be the only way to access computers/internet for many on low income. With more info & in-person services moving online, those that can’t afford internet now have yet another new barrier to accessing critical supports and resources needed to simply survive.

@StaplesCanada buying new shredder Toronto Leaside this a.m. caused endless frustration.
-Store had to priced match yr online price.
- 2nd trip to return a used shredder BC no one would pick up phone
-Staff was robotic. Sugg I used it at home to test it.
-Said shredders are randomly tested. Opened another one.
-same condition: shredded paper inside machine.
- mumbled apology about a new phone system. Doednt ring true
- he offered me a $10 disc. I said why? I expected a new product from your retail giant.
